Modify width of the site’s title frame

Hi,

I’m familiar with Wordpress theme modification, but not with responsive themes. I’m trying to increase a bit the width of the frame where the site’s title is displayed. I understand that this must be a conditional value, dependant on the size of the screen of the browser calling the site. I would simply like to know where those conditional values are stored: I couldn’t find them in the style.css file.

Thanks a lot!

Hello there,

You can define your own CSS media query check like the following:

@media only screen and (max-width:479px){
   /* Style rules go here */
}

You can insert your custom CSS by using the Simple Custom CSS plugin. Or just do it in the child theme’s style.css file (if you have been running it).
