Missing widgets from Sydney Toolbox?

Where are the widget names of the 3 first widgets in the demo? https://demo.athemes.com/sydney/

(services, who we are chart and counters)

I can’t find them in the Sydney Toolbox… but it doesn’t load completely with the theme Starter !
