Missing Services on Sydney

Good day,

I need to make some changes on the website under services but noticed under the appearance the Services Menu / Tab is missing.

I am currently on ver 1.62 and latest is 1.71.

Would upgrading to the latest version resolve the issue and if I decide to upgrade to the Pro version, what other benefits do I get?

Perhaps the source of the problem is from one of your active plugins. Can you mentions the names of active plugins?
