Menu not inline on mobile

Hi,

Using Sydney and noticed that the menu is not positioned inline on the mobile (see www.levld.com - with mobile device). And in landscape mode the menu is placed over the slider title and subtitle.

My menu settings are inline.

Is this a known issue? And how to resolve? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, menu position for mobile is normal behavior. Regarding landscape mode you should be able to fix it by applying custom css code below:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .text-slider-section {
        top: 60%;
    }
    .text-slider .maintitle {
        font-size: 30px;
    }
}

You can use simple custom css plugin to add the code.

Hi,

There is no issue. That’s how the design is done for mobile, with the menu toggle below the title, not inline.

Regarding the slider title/description - next version which should be live in a couple of days will hide the slider text on mobiles because it won’t fit for most people. But if you’d like to keep it after the update that’s possible with just a bit of custom CSS.

Hi, thanks for the quick reponses.

Why not keep the menu inline on the mobile?

Many other themes have the hamburger-icon inline. And this works fine.

Is it feasible to keep it inline with CSS?

It would work fine in your case because you have only a logo. Think how it would look for people with multi-word site titles and descriptions.
Anyway, try using this in a custom CSS plugin:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
	.header-wrap .col-md-4,
	.header-wrap .col-md-8 {
		width: 50%;
	}
	.btn-menu {
		margin: 5px auto 0;
	}
}

Hej Vlad, you are right that this may be different for others.
Thanks!
