Menu items not showing up on iPhone

#1

My menu items don’t show up when using my iPhone. On my laptop the site looks fine and I can see my menu items. There are supposed to be 3 menu items (BOOKING, SOCIAL MEDIA, & MUSIC) on the top right of the website but when I visit my site on my iPhone the top right is just blank and the menus items are not there.

Button is in the middle, probably it is pushed down because of your modifications http://screencast.com/t/cKwc1GEL

Hi,

Yes I actually saw that already, but I don’t want the button their at all. I want the menu items to just be at the top right like they are when I open my website on my laptop.

Thanks,

Hi,

You can alter mobile menu display with custom css code below:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
    .site-header .col-md-4 {
        width: 60%;
    }

    .site-header .col-md-8 {
        width: 40%;
    }

    .site-header.fixed {
        padding-bottom: 0;
        background-color: rgba(37, 37, 37, 0.8);
    }
}

and result will lokk like this http://screencast.com/t/x8ou0aFvT. For additional modifications you can contact Codeable.

Hello,

Is there anyway I can disable the menu button for mobile display? I just want my 3 menu items to show in the top right of the screen when my website loads. That is how the website works when I’m on my laptop and thats how I would like it to work when I’m on my iPhone as well.

And if this cant be done then can you tell me how I enter the custom css code you gave me earlier today?

Thanks,

-Ryan

Hi Ryan,

There is not enough space to show menu items like on desktop, and they will be shown below logo (in same position as mobile button, but not properly aligned). Also because java script function is changing regular menu to mobile menu on smaller screens, 2nd level menu will not work (theme is designed in that way).

Because of these things, custom coding, and additional styling will be needed, and that is way we are instructing you to contact Codeable or to hire someone for these kind of modifications.

If you want to apply previously provided css code, you can do so with simple custom css plugin.

Hi,

Thank you for you help, and I’ll just use the previously provided css code. But how exactly do I enter that css code. I have downloaded the simple custom css plugin and activated it from my wordpress dashboard. But I don’t know how to enter the css code into the simple custom css plugin.

Thanks,

-Ryan
