Menu hidden on tablets

Hi there!

I realized during an usability test that on tablets the menu was hidden in the far end of the right.

here is all the code about this menu (in order to get the hamburger button aligned with the title):
It refers to this topic How to get the list of the menu in the center on mobile

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
      #masthead div.col-md-4.col-sm-8.col-xs-12 {
        float: left;
        width: auto;
        max-width: 70%;
        padding-left: 30px;
        padding-top: 10px;
        padding-bottom: 10px;
      }

      #masthead div.col-md-8.col-sm-4.col-xs-12 {
        float: right;
        width: auto;
        padding-right: 30px;
        padding-top: 40px !important;
      }

      #masthead {
        padding: 0;
      }
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 780px) {
      #masthead div.col-md-8.col-sm-4.col-xs-12 {
        padding-top: 5px !important;
      }
    }

    /* pour avoir le menu déroulé centré */

    #mainnav-mobi {
        position: absolute;
        top: 100px;
        left: 0;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 780px) {
      #mainnav-mobi {
        top: 48px;
      }
      #masthead div.col-md-8.col-sm-4.col-xs-12 {
       position: initial;
      }
    }

    /* et le texte du menu centré */

    #mainnav-mobi ul > li > a {
        text-align: center;
    }

Can somebody tell me what’s wrong?
Thanks a lot!
Best regards
Séve
