menu cover image

I am working on a Sydney theme and I’m having some troubles with it. The menu is on the slider and it covers the top part of the picture. I want it to be above the picture (slider) so it won’t cut the picture in any way. How can I make it go above the slider so it won’t cover my photo?

Best regards
Piotr

Hello there,

Please try adding the below CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .site-header {
      position: relative;
    }

    .site-header:not(.float-header) #mainnav ul.menu > li > a {
      color: #000;
    }

    .site-header:not(.float-header) #mainnav ul.menu > li > a:hover {
      color: #d65050;
    }

Hi,
Thank you for your help. The CSS styles you sent are working but only in Google Chrome. There’s still the same issue with it in Firefox. I would appreciate any help.

Hello there,

Try clearing your Firefox cache and reload your site, please.

I tried to open it in new window (incognito) without cache in Firefox and it still doesn’t work. Please have a look at the website http://mojakropkanadi.pl/

It’s displaying like this on my Firefox.

Did I get it different? Please share your screenshot.

That is the issue. The picture (slider) should be right under the menu. The white part shouldn’t be there. That’s how it looks like in Google Chrome and that is the right way :

How do I make it look like that on Firefox?

Please try adding the below CSS code:

    .header-slider {
      margin-top: 0 !important;
    }
