Menu and Logo Questions

Hello,

I would like to have my site logo and menu in different locations on my front page compared to all my other pages.

Currently I have the settings set to have a centered menu with no logo visible but I only want it this way on the front page.

On all my other pages I would like to have my site logo on the top left of the page and my menu on the top right.

Is there a way to do this?

My site is CompletePatriot.com.

Thanks for any help!

Hello there,

Activate the inline menu style (Customize > Header area > Menu Style), then apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css

.home .header-wrap .col-md-4,
.home .header-wrap .col-md-8 {
  width: 100% !important;
  text-align: center !important;
}

.home #mainnav{
  float: none !important;
}

.home #mainnav li {
  float: none !important;
  display: inline-block !important;
}

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,

Thanks for that. It did a great job of centering the menu on the front page and right aligning it on all the other pages.

However, the only issue it didn’t take care of is removing the logo from the front page and leaving it on all the other pages.

Is there a fix for this as well?

Thanks!

Hello there,

Try to apply the following CSS code:

.home .header-wrap .col-md-4{
  display: none;
}

Let me know how it goes.
