Media header don't play

Hi,
I upload a video in my media and I set up in media header.
I upload an image but video don’t play, I see only image.
can you help me?

Hello there,

Thank you for getting in touch here.

From your site dashboard, please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Header area > Header type. Make sure that video header type is enabled.

perfetct! thank you…
but now I see video in 1920 x 1080 format. I set Header dimension to default (300px) but is true only form image and not for video.
any ideas?

Hello there,

I am not sure, but the video header is designed to be full screen because it’s actually a video background.
