Making 'Return to Article' Link Stand Out

When someone clicks on an image they are taken to the attachment page and at the top is very small text that includes a link to go back to the original article. I would like to make that text stand out a bit more. Maybe make it bold or a different color. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Thank you :slight_smile:

Hi, you can apply custom css below (use simple custom css plugin or similar):

.single-attachment .entry-meta {
  font-weight: bold;
}

It will affect only single-attachment page.

Best regards

While this deed indeed turn all the text on the page bold, it didn’t do quite what I wanted. There are two links on the attachment page, one shows the image size that you can click on to see the full image and the other leads back to the article. That one link that leads back to the article needs to stand out from all the other text page. People need to see that link and know that it’s clickable or special in some way.

Hope that made more sense.

Thank you :slight_smile:

I see, ok, remove the code I previously provided and apply code below:

.single-attachment header.entry-header .entry-meta a:last-child {
    font-weight: bold;
}

Best regards

That did it. Thank you so much :smiley:

You’re welcome :slight_smile:

One more things.

Here is what I eventually did:

.single-attachment header.entry-header .entry-meta a:last-child {
    color: #62A0AE;
}

Can you tell me how to add a hover effect? Just adding “hover: #000” isn’t working.

Thank you again :slight_smile:

It is like this:

.single-attachment header.entry-header .entry-meta a:last-child:hover {
    color: #62A0AE;
}

Best regards

Thank you. I have it just the way I want it now :smiley:
