Make Testimonials widget transparent?

#1

How might I set the background of a Moesia:FP widget and its row so they’re transparent? See this link to my site. I’d like to make the Testimonials widget and its containing panel transparent, but can’t come up with a custom CSS that seems to do it. Among my attempts:

.testimonials-area .container {
background-color: transparent;
}

Thanks!

Hi,

you don’t need the .container selector I think. Try this code:

.testimonials-area{
  background-color: transparent !important;
}

Thanks! That overrides the block’s own color selection, but I still can’t see the pattern I’ve got set as the websites’s background.

I guess I’ll have to figure out how to override the Page Builder row’s background setting. Any ideas?

I don’t see any background image on your site.

have you try add your image to the widget row? like the “track record” section

There’s a background set - you should see it when you go to the Blog page. I know I can add an image to the row, but it seems simple to use transparency if it’s esthetically OK.

The problem with setting the same graphic as the Row background is that I’ve got no way to get it to tile.

Oh I see, you have to get the element id for the testimonial section. And here your code to make it transparent:

div#pg-152-1 {
    background-color: transparent;
}

Worked like a charm! Thanks.
