Make Header Menu Links Highlight While Scrolling

Hi all,

http://www.artshow2011.com/webstiteupdate-testarea/wordpress_site/

I want to make my menu sections in my header bar light up as active as users scroll down the home page. I DON’T want to link the menu to anchors on the home page, I simply want the menu sections to appear active as users scroll down the page.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello @bvanhoosen,

Can you please provide some explanatory screenshots?

You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online screenshot services.

Kind Regards, Roman.

No problem!

So we see here, we click Home and the home button has an active effect on it

And I’d like the same active effect when scrolling to the “news” section of the home page

Okay @bvanhoosen, it seems like I understand what you mean.

However, looks like your issue requires some coding and testing, this goes beyond our support policy. It’s considered advanced customization.

As an option, you can contact Codeable for this kind of service, or find a freelancer on Upwork.

Kind Regards, Roman.
