Loading screen blocks Facebook app

When anyone tries to view my page through an iPhone Facebook app, The loading screen with the red bouncing balls never goes away. I tried adding .preloader {display: none;} but that doesn’t seem to make it go away.

Hi,

From Facebook App it opens in Safari or there is a built-in Facebook App Browser? I have checked in Safari on iPhone and it loads well ( I don’t have facebook / app and never used it, so I can’t check with that ).

The Facebook app for iPhone has its own internal browser. That’s where the loading screen gets stuck and won’t go away.
Can I just get rid of the loading screen altogether?

Hi,

You can remove the preloader from header.php by removing this code from line 24:

<div class="preloader">
    <div class="spinner">
        <div class="pre-bounce1"></div>
        <div class="pre-bounce2"></div>
    </div>
</div>

Please let me know how it works then.

Csaba

Worked! Thank you.
