Hyperlink color not showing up on widgetized pages

Hi -

I have a few hyperlinks in the text on my homepage, but they do not show up in the same color as the hyperlinks on non-widgetized pages. They appear the same as the text color so you cannot see them unless you hover.

See: http://michellemarketingstrategies.com/

(Scroll to the “Tools that take the guesswork” or “Jennifer Michelle” sections, where I have some hyperlinks in bold.)

I’d like to change hyperlinks to specific colors, based on the widget sections. Can I use section ID to do this? If so, how do I set that up (I have never used the section IDs before)?

In most cases, I would like the hyperlink color to be: #a16a28

Thank you!

Hello Jennifer,

Please try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up).

#text-17 a,
#text-6 a {
    color: #a16a28 !important;

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

You are a genius - thank you! It is working perfectly.

Great, you are welcome Jennifer! And have a nice day :slight_smile:

Kind Regards, Roman.
