Hi, I have a problem with https. The lock does not work because the template links to https://demo.athemes.com/sydney-temp/wp-content/uploads/sites/80/2018/05/imac-606765_1280.jpg. and reports error 404. I’ve deleted all demo images, I’m using the SSL plugin and I’m still having trouble. My site is https://dynatron.cz
Source code of your site doesn’t contain this image. And also your site is now secured.
Do you still need help with https?
the link is contained in the elementor css file, but will always reappear after overwriting. Probably some part of the site uses background demo calls, but I can’t figure out which part it is and how to get rid of the problem.
Hi, this is just the current state, because I deleted the link directly from the css file via FTP, but I have experience that after adding Testimonials everything will return to the unwanted state again.
The section that has imac-606765_1280.jpg background image is “DO YOU WANT TO…”. You may want to check our demo site once again.
If the issue appears again on one of your page’s section, check with section’s setting in elementor page editor and re-upload background image if needed.
Yes, this is an elementor “athemes: testimonials” that has an internal error. Re-uploading a background image does not help. We have tried it repeatedly. Thanks
I didn’t see testimonials section on your homepage and other pages. Did you remove it? Would you please put it back to allow me inspect it directly.
Again it does not work and now it probably causes any background settings for the text elements. I am very frustrated and angry. I should choose another template
Could you please insert any image named “imac-606765_1280.jpg” at https://demo.athemes.com/sydney-temp/wp-content/uploads/sites/80/2018/05/imac-606765_1280.jpg? Because the problem is causing a 404 (not found file) error message. Maybe if there was a picture with that name, the problem would be solved. it is not a clean solution, but I have been devoting a week to the problem and apparently there is no simple solution.
Hello, I’m having the exact same issue on my site I can’t find where the page is trying to load http://demo.athemes.com/sydney-temp/wp-content/uploads/sites/80/2018/05/imac-606765_1280.jpg
and it’s causing the page to be not secure.
i had the same problem. I used the demo frontpage and edited the “DO YOU WANT TO…”-
block. The image is the background-image from this section.
To remove the image you have to click: Edit section (Icon with six dots) > Style > Background > Image > Delete here the image and save.
That solved for me the mixed content alert.
