Yes, you can import the Shop demo from the Starter Sites menu under Dashboard > Appearance when you have the Starter Sites plugin enabled.

That indicated the Elementor plugin has already installed on your website.

Can you go to Dashboard > Plugins and check whether Elementor is active or not?
