How to turn web main menu into a drop down like mobile

I hope you are well.

I would like to find out if there is any possibility of turning my written menu on web into the 3 blocks that mobile view has for web version too. I have attached the way I want it to look on web (the three lines as a menu). I hope this makes sense

Many thanks for your reply much appreciated. Sorry I actually gave the wrong URL. This is the site I was asking for (Sydney Pro): www.luxestudio.co.za. The topic 100% worked I did create the menu button the only problem is if you hover over the menu it appears and quickly disappears is there any reason for this
?
