How to remove white space around header and footer

Hi I am trying to create a landing page in sydney and I have currently used the code:

    .page-id-1439 .page-wrap .content-wrapper {
        padding-top: 0 !important;
        padding-bottom: 0 !important;
    }
    .page-id-1439 .site-header,
    .page-id-1439 .sydney-hero-area {
      display: none;
    }

This has helped a lot but there is still white space at the top above the content and at the bottom between the content and the footer. Not sure how to get rid of it and could use some help. Here is a link to the page: https://justinwesenberg.com/awaken/

Thanks!

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting us about our theme Sydney. I am happy to help with your queries.

Can you edit your page and enable the Front Page template on the Page Attributes options?

I request you giving it a try and check whether it helps or not.

Hi @kharisblank that worked but only a partial fix. It removed the bottom spacing and some of the top spacing. It works great on mobile and works perfectly, but on desktop there is still white space at the top. Any idea what it could be?

Thank you!

Hello there,

Thank you following the instruction. To remove the unwanted space on desktop, you will need to add the below CSS code:

    .header-clone {
      height: 1px;
      display: none;
    }

Add it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.
