How to display secondary menu on top

Hi guys,
I would like to know how to style a menu on top of the header.
I inserted this code in function.php

(child theme) as I found in another topic:

    register_nav_menus( array(
       'secondary' => __( 'Secondary Menu', 'sydney' ),
    ) );

I inserted CSS code in CustomizeAdditional CSS section.

    .menu-top-navigation-container {
        display: block;
    }

    .menu-top-navigation-container ul {
        list-style: none;
        padding: 0;
        text-align: right;
    }

    .menu-top-navigation-container ul li {
        display: inline-block;
        padding: 0 14px;
    }

    .menu-top-navigation-container ul li a {
        color: white;
        font-size: 17px;
        font-family: 'Oswald', sans-serif;
        font-weight: 500;
    }

    .menu-top-navigation-container ul li a:hover {
        color: #d65050;
    }

I inserted this code in header.php after container line: (child theme)

	<div class="header-wrap">
            <div class="<?php echo esc_attr( sydney_menu_container() ); ?>">
                <div class="menu-top-navigation-container">
                    <?php wp_nav_menu( array( 'theme_location' => 'secondary' ) ); ?>

Could you help me to find where the mistake?
The menu shows up in the top of the page but without css style.

Thanks

Perhaps you have an active cache that needs to be flushed, so the web browser can read the new added CSS code.

If clearing cache doesn’t help, can you share a link to your website here, so I can check it directly?
