Hello there,

Thank you for allowing me to access your site.

Could you please try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css?

#masthead .welcome-info {
  margin-top: -192px;
  top: 50%;
  -webkit-transition: translateX(-50%) translateY(-50%);
  -moz-transition: translateX(-50%) translateY(-50%);
  -o-transition: translateX(-50%) translateY(-50%);
  transition: translateX(-50%) translateY(-50%);
}

@media only screen and (min-width:1128px){

  #masthead .welcome-info {
   margin-top: -48px;
  }

}

@media only screen and (min-width:602px){

  #masthead .welcome-info {
   margin-top: -96px;
  }

}

Let me know how it goes.

  }

  }

}
