How make in a row Employees and Last News can contain 4 columns of icons?

Regarding the employees, please check this topic:

How can i create more than 3 employees i a row? And another question is: The social icons give a round hover. How can i change this? Therby i have some issue with the clients, how can i restore this function? Can i upload my own icons by facts? The last question (for now) in the footer there is an sitetitle, how can i change this into my logo or other text? Best regards.

Regarding the latest news, I don’t think that there is an easy way to do it, unfortunately.
