How can I add my own small text area at the bottom of my page?

I would like to add a quick action section at the bottom of my page showing

Submit an Inquiry Privacy Terms of Service Background & Mission Careers Facebook Linkedin Instagram Twitter youtube skype

like this (without adding extra unnecessary space)

Hello,

Can you please provide a link to your website?

Kind Regards, Roman.

sure, thanks it is

Okay, try to add this code before your current content in Customize → Sydney Pro: Extra options → Footer credits section:

<div class="container" style="margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: center">
    <a href="https://example.com" style="margin: 10px">Submit an Inquiry</a>
    <a href="https://example.com" style="margin: 10px">Sizing</a>
    <a href="https://example.com" style="margin: 10px">Privacy</a>
</div>

Hello,

It might be a caching issue, please check this WordPress Support article:

Hi,

I cleared my cache and refreshed but it seems like it did not work still. Do you know what could be a fix

Hello,

Can you please deactivate your caching plugin and leave here a note in order to let me check your website without caching enabled?

Kind Regards, Roman.

hi,
I deactivated any cache plugins i have but it does not seem to change it

Hello, you still have Autoptimize plugin activated, as far as I can see.

You can create a staging site for troubleshooting purposes, here is a relevant tutorial:

Hello,

You can try to replace the content that you have in that section now with the code I mentioned above. But please remember to backup it.

thanks bu how can i do that?

the css code you mentioned did not seem to change anything. I tried with and without cache plugins enabled but it did not seem to add it

Hello,

That code works well on my side. So your issue might be site-specific. You can try to deactivate all your plugins except Sydney Toolbox and Elementor, and try to add it once again.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi,

I deactivated every single plugin except sydney toolbox and elementor as you mentioned

I tried the code again. But it doesn’t seem to work. Could you please help?

Hello,

Well, your footer.php file might be modified, you can backup your website and try to reinstall the theme. Or even better, create a staging site and do it there, I mentioned the tutorial in this topic above.
