Headings white color unchangeable

I’m trying to change the headings’ font color to black but no matter what I do, it always remains white. It’s not responding to changes in Typography, custom css or the style css sheet.

Help anyone?

Hello there,

It seems you have been able to manage it. Or have I missed the point?

Kharis

Hello there,

Thank you for updating me.

Could you please try to add the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css?

#panel-33-1-0-0 .textwidget,
#panel-33-1-0-0 .textwidget h3{
  color: #000 !important;
}

Let me know how it goes.

Kharis

Hi Kharis,

It worked. Thanks so much for the help.
So just so I can understand, it wasn’t responding to changes in theme customization because the text is part of the visual editor, and that is considered to be a textwidget?

Hello there,

From browser’s inspector, I found an inline styles on your element which produce color style inheritance from its parent element.

To know the reason why, I need to inspect from backend/admin area of your site because I can’t reproduce the same thing on my end.
