Header Slide Image And Title Non Responsive

Hi,

If you could help me to work out why the header title and image aren’t responsive that would be great.

The website is www.equiby.co.uk

Thanks,
Abi

Hi,

The slider text position you can fix with this Custom CSS:

.slide-inner {
    left: 0 !important;
}

but the text and the image is responsive, or what do you mean by they aren’t responsive? If you can please post a link to a screenshot and clarify what’s wrong with the responsiveness of the image / header text.

Please add the above CSS to your Child Theme’s style.css or in case you haven’t setup a Child Theme already, then you can also use this plugin to add the CSS to it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ so you will not loose the changes on theme updates.

Please let me know how it works.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply!

The problem is the mobile view of the site- the text continues off the edge of the screen. It also does this on a small 13 inch laptop. I’m unable to attach an image to this post however I will try to reply via email with a screen shot?

Thanks,
Abi

Im hoping those images should have worked? the title is meant to read ‘Equestrian subscription box’ however cuts off mid-way through.
Thanks,
Abi

Hi,

The images are center positioned, so on smaller screens the center of the image is shown, the text from the right of the image will be cut, if you want to always show the right-part of the image use this Custom CSS:

.header-image {
    background-position: right !important;
}
