Header overlaps content

I use sticky header. I would like to have so, that when I scroll down, the content would be “cuttet” little bit before the header. I do not like that overlap function. Thank you.

Hello @hippo,

Can you please provide some explanatory screenshots and a link to your website?

You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online screenshot services.

Hello @hippo,

It looks like you have already resolved your issue, can you please confirm or deny it?

Kind Regards, Roman.

hello ,

nope, I still have the same issue. Content comes under header when I scroll down. The most annoying part is when i have an id=bla_bla_bla and than a link to /#bla_bla_bla it comes under header.

Hello @hippo,

Please try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in DashboardAppearanceCustomizeAdditional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up). Also you can add CSS code directly to style.css file of your child theme.

#masthead {
    box-shadow: 0 20px 10px white;
}

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

P. S.
Please check this topic regarding your other issue:

Thank you.

You are welcome @hippo! And have a nice day :slight_smile:

Kind Regards, Roman.
