Header arrow shows on all pages

#1

Hi! I am working on my page www.beastcamp.nl/ but the arrow that Vlad fixed on my website is now showing up on all the pages.

It would be lovely if someone can figure this out for me… :slight_smile:

If someone can figure out what exactly? You want to show it only on the front page?
Use this:

.scroll-arrow {
     display: none;
}
.home.page .scroll-arrow {
     display: block;
}

Thanks Vlad your the best, you forgot to tell me that I had to put it in the style.css … But I guessed right! Happy me.

Hello!

Is there a way to disable the scroll-arrow in mobile devices? (<992px) There were some posts online which involved messing with bootstrap but I’d rather not go there…

thx and thx for the awesome theme!

Use this please in your child theme. I assume you’re talking about the same custom arrow that is discussed in this topic.

@media (max-width: 992px) {
  .scroll-arrow {
    display: none;
  }
}

Doesnt work for me for some reason :confused:

…and yes I’m talking about the same custom arrows discussed in this in this topic.

I’ve added

    .scroll-arrow { display: none; } .home.page .scroll-arrow { display: block; }

to keep it from showing up on the other pages. I have no idea if that is interfering with it or something… complete n00b here lol

Sorry, add it like this and move it after the code you posted:

@media (max-width: 992px) {
  .home.page .scroll-arrow {
    display: none;
  }
}
