Full Page Width?

How do I shorten full page width? It is just too wide for what I want it for right now. Thanks for help.

Hello @Multimastery,

First of all, please find the class with proper page ID. You can do it by viewing the source code of a page in browser an find this line:

<body class="home page page-id-1 page-template…

page-id-1 is a class with your page ID.

Then, please use the following CSS code to shorten the page width and center it on certain page (just replace .page-id-1 with your own class, also you can adjust width percentage):

.page-id-1 #primary {
    width: 75%;
    margin: 0px auto;

You can repeat it for multiple pages.

If you don’t want a page to be centered, remove margin: 0px auto;.

You can add CSS code to style.css file of your child theme, also you can use Simple Custom CSS or similar plugin for adding CSS code.

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Ok I see, thanks!

You are welcome @Multimastery! :slight_smile:
