The link above didnt work, I think you need to resave the permalink. I trying to open blog menu (http://testsite.livejazzlounge.com/category/ljl/) and is this http://prntscr.com/9ajgb1 what you mean that the post are not have full width?

The theme are not make the posts to have full width, but it displayed as column something like this http://prntscr.com/9ajgy3

And there is no option to make those excerpt post displayed full width

The link should work now again, sorry.
I would like the posts in the blog page to be displayed in FULL LENGTH, i.e. all the content of each post, not just the post title. I did not mean full width. Just to have all the content of each post, as in a standard blog. Thanks.

Oh sorry, you have to create a child theme to display the excerpt content.
Here is the steps:

  1. create a child theme
  2. duplicate content.php from parent theme to the child theme
  3. edit content.php and add this line http://prntscr.com/9ajm1d:
<div class="entry-post">
   <?php the_excerpt(); ?>
</div>

Done. But this does not look nice at all.

Hmm not sure if you put the code in the right place, please try this code instead:

	<article id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>

		<?php if ( has_post_thumbnail() ) : ?>
			<div class="entry-image">
				<a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>" title="<?php the_title(); ?>" >
					<?php the_post_thumbnail('intro-thumb'); ?>
				</a>
			</div>
		<?php endif; ?>

		<div class="entry-info">
			<header class="entry-header">
				<?php the_title( sprintf( '<h5 class="entry-title"><a href="%s" rel="bookmark">', esc_url( get_permalink() ) ), '</a></h5>' ); ?>

				<?php if ( 'post' == get_post_type() ) : ?>
				<div class="entry-meta">
					<?php intro_posted_on(); ?>
				</div><!-- .entry-meta -->
				<?php endif; ?>
			</header><!-- .entry-header -->
			<div class="entry-post">
			<?php the_excerpt(); ?>
			</div>
		</div><!-- .entry-content -->
	</article><!-- #post-## -->

Much better, thanks!
Issue resolved.

BTW, how can I get rid of the thin black bar at the top and the thicker black bar at the bottom here?

Hi,

Those thin black bar is the header element, used to display your site title. You can remove it using this css code:

header.header-fixed {
    display: none;
}

#12

Thanks, but I get error message with that code placed in the style.css file of child theme folder.

Sure is correct?

Thanks!

Forget this, now it worked.
The footer removal also worked.
Thanks.
