Seeing the following fatal error, bringing the site down:

Fatal error : Cannot redeclare sydney_set_after_import_mods() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:46) in /home/customer/www/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 31

Running sydney-toolbox plugin Version 1.14 - although WP admin says it’s inactive

I am sorry to hear that you’ve been into such this trouble.

Perhaps you’re still running the older version of Sydney theme. I’d recommend updating the theme after removing Sydney Toolbox by doing these steps:

  1. Access your website’s folders with FTP/sFTP prorgam
  2. Locate to root_directory/wp-content/plugins directory
  3. Remove sydney-toolbox folder
  4. Visit your website’s admin area

Then update your Sydney theme. And install and enable Sydney Toolbox.

I’d request trying those steps and let me know whether the problem still presents or not.

Hi, thanks for your response.

I’ve followed your steps and are now running:
sydney-toolbox plugin v1.14
sydney theme v1.75

The problem still persists
