My home page looses its padlock on the URL address, I believe because the link to the Header Media is only http: not https: Where can I change this address of the image? I have a cart on the front page. It’s a soft failure (according to whynopadlock) so I believe it is still save but smart users will not use it if they see the lack of a SSL. fortunaintoaction.org
I am sorry to hear that you have run into issues.
To address http issue on your image header. Please access the header image option under the Appearance menu > Customize > Header area > Header Media. Remove the current image. Reupload the same image by choosing a file from your drive. Save. Then run your test to confirm whether the issue emains or not.
In case the issue remains, you will need to fix it with an additional plugin like WP Force SSL.
Thank you so much. I’ll give this try and report back.
I had only replaced the Main image but had forgotten to replace the image for iPhones. Once I uploaded that image again so that it gained the https url the padlock was there. Thank you.
I checked your website once again and the padlock is now green. I think I am going to mark this topic as resolved.
