"F0C9" mobile menu

#1

Hey,

I have changed my header color to white, and every time i view the site on a mobile, the mobile menu is replaced with a an orange “f0c9” instead of the 3 lined hamburger menu.

I used the following custom css

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
.site-header {
background-color: #ffffff;
}
}
.btn-menu {
color: #dd9933;
}

i would like the mobile menu button to be #3e4751 so i can see it with a white background.

Thank you for your help

Hello @dushaan.p,

I would be glad to help you, but can you please provide a link to your site?

Kind Regards, Roman.

thank you for your quick response. It is

http://salesplanneronline.com/

Okay @dushaan.p, thank you for the link.

Looks like Font Awesome doesn’t load on your page, F0C9 is icon-reorder, here is the link that shows how it looks like.

Please try to deactivate your plugins and see if the issue persists. Also please try to reinstall your theme, but remember about regular backups, especially before major changes.

I hope that it will help you.

Sincerely, Roman.

this still does not seem to be working. Can you further elaborate on what the problem is? Is there another custom css i can try?

Okay @dushaan.p, I have noticed some interesting errors in Chrome JavaScript console:

Font from origin 'http://www.salesproplanner.com' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://salesplanneronline.com' is therefore not allowed access.

Here are couple of links that might help you to resolve it:

Also, you can use the following CSS code to make simple Menu button. By the way, according to this link, it is even better.

.btn-menu::before {
    content: "Menu" !important;
    color: #3e4751;
    font-size: 18px;
    border: 2px solid #3e4751;
    border-radius: 5px;
    padding: 5px;
}

You can add this code to style.css file of your child theme, also you can use Simple Custom CSS or similar plugin for adding CSS code.

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Best Regards, Roman.

Hello @dushaan.p,

I can not help you with further troubleshooting because this goes beyond our support policy.

As an option, you can contact Codeable for this kind of service.

Kind Regards, Roman.
