Extra widgets below header area go under menu bar

Hello there,

I enabled extra widgets below header area and discovered that it looks great only when I have header image (featured or custom). But if there is no header image, widgets go under menu bar, take a look:

I tried to increase widgets padding-top, but it works for all pages. And for pages with header image it doesn’t look good.

So, I’m curious how to fix this problem for specific pages (with no header image).

Also tried this code (with proper page IDs for each page, of course):

.page-id-254 .header-widgets {
    padding-top: 75px;

but it didn’t work. Probably I missed something))

Hello Sofya,

Please try to use the following CSS code in order to fix it on the page that you mentioned above.

You can add CSS code in DashboardAppearanceCustomizeAdditional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up). Also you can add CSS code directly to style.css file of your child theme.

body.blog div.header-widgets {
    padding-top: 50px;

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.
