Hello Fabrizio,

There’s a duplicated “sydney-pro-ii” template slug. Also is missing a “;” after “template”.

Please try changing to:

a:4:{s:8:“template”;s:13:“sydney-pro-ii”;s:4:“mods”;a:32:{s:18:“custom_css_post_id”;i:-1;s:9:“site_logo”;s:64:"http://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/

We hope this helps!

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Rodrigo.

Hi Rodrigo

It doesn’t work.
To triple check, I reactivate my old theme and exported the file again.
Please find below the whole code

a:4:{s:8:“template”;s:13:“sydney-pro-ii”;s:4:“mods”;a:32:{s:18:“custom_css_post_id”;i:-1;s:9:“site_logo”;s:64:“http://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Nencit_logo_sito.png";s:14:“slider_image_1”;s:60:“https://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/serigrafe-1.png”;s:18:“nav_menu_locations”;a:1:{s:7:“primary”;i:73;}s:12:“slider_speed”;i:6000;s:14:“slider_image_2”;s:60:“https://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/serigrafe-1.png”;s:14:“slider_title_1”;s:20:"Welcome to NENC⋅IT”;s:17:“slider_subtitle_1”;s:0:"";s:9:“menu_size”;i:18;s:16:“background_color”;s:6:“dddddd”;s:13:“menu_bg_color”;s:7:"#f2f2f2";s:16:“site_title_color”;s:7:"#000000";s:15:“site_desc_color”;s:7:"#000000";s:15:“top_items_color”;s:7:"#000000";s:19:“submenu_items_color”;s:7:"#1e73be";s:18:“submenu_background”;s:7:"#ffffff";s:11:“slider_text”;s:7:"#000000";s:18:“sidebar_background”;s:7:"#ddc99d";s:25:“footer_widgets_background”;s:7:"#ddc9a1";s:12:“footer_color”;s:7:"#ffffff";s:12:“rows_overlay”;s:7:"#ddc89b";s:13:“header_height”;i:300;s:12:“hide_overlay”;i:1;s:14:“slider_title_2”;s:43:“Ready for a better Decision-Making process?”;s:17:“slider_subtitle_2”;s:0:"";s:18:“headings_font_name”;s:24:“Francois+One:400,500,600”;s:20:“headings_font_family”;s:26:"‘Francois One’, sans-serif";s:13:“primary_color”;s:7:"#000000";s:14:“slider_image_3”;s:0:"";s:12:“header_image”;s:57:“https://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/geodata.jpeg";s:17:“header_image_data”;O:8:“stdClass”:5:{s:13:“attachment_id”;i:1978;s:3:“url”;s:57:“https://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/geodata.jpeg”;s:13:“thumbnail_url”;s:57:“https://nencit.ch/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/geodata.jpeg”;s:6:“height”;i:600;s:5:“width”;i:900;}s:18:“slider_button_text”;s:11:"scroll down”;}s:7:“options”;a:2:{s:9:“site_icon”;s:1:“0”;s:23:“nav_menus_created_posts”;a:0:{}}s:6:“wp_css”;s:0:"";}

Hello Fabrizio,

Could you please send for us a .zip file within a copy of the export file from your old website ? So we can check here and see what’s happening.

You can use a service like https://filebin.net/ to upload the file and generate a link for download.

Kind Regards,

Rodrigo.

Hi Rodrigo

You mean via email to you?
The file is so small that is no need to send you the .zip or use services. I will keep it simple.
ok.Now I will activate the old theme and export the file and send it to you via email.

regards
Fabrizio

Hello Fabrizio,

I think .dat files can not be sent without inside a .zip file (@gmail.com case). You can send for the email:
