Error 500 - with server

Hi, when i tried to upload the theme in elementor it throws error 500 with server.
I asked before and there was a solution with cpanel The problem is that i don´t have cpanel but administrator wordpress.

Do you have any advice to solve this problem?

Can you let me know whether this issue also occurs when Airi theme disabled or not? If so, there might be some improper server related configuration.

i cant disabled airi theme because the site is already done and im afraid i will lose everything

Hi,

You may want to switch the theme privately (that is only affected for logged-in site administrators) for debugging and troubleshooting purpose by enabling troubleshooting mode with the help of this plugin.

Hi,

Thank you for getting back.

  • Install and activate this plugin
  • Go to the plugin’s settings and enable troubleshooting mode
  • Go to Appearance menu > Themes
  • Activate Twenty Twenty-One theme. Or any other one of default WordPress themes. If you don’t have any, you should install it first.
