Display Color for Active Main Menu

What CSS code can I use to Highlight the active menu for the page you’re on? Not the background, but the text itself. Meaning, when your on my Home, Services, Contacts, etc; the text is highlighted as the active page your visiting.

Thanks in advance
Rico

Hi Rico,

Thank you for contacting us about our theme Sydney. I am happy to help out.

Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .mainnav .current-menu-item > a {
      color: #fff000 !important;
    }

Thanks kharisblank! That worked perfect. What css code can I use to make menu background transparent on desktop only not on mobile devices? And I just realized that my mobile menu is fixed but it’s overlapping the header, How can I fix this?

Once again, thanks,
Rico

You’re welcome! Glad to know that the code worked.
