cart icon appear inside the menu on mobile view you must click the hamburger button to view,
is it possible to move it outside or if it is too difficult to duplicate the icon, and to display the second one on the top bar beside the hamburger button

I am sorry, currently, there is no setting for that in Sydney Pro. It should be a plugin’s territory and I’d suggest trying this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-floating-cart-lite/.

it will solve my problem, but i will strongly recommend to have the shopping cart
visible anywhere on mobile view as built in feature on all themes
as button or small icon near the hamburger button
