Customize buttons

Hey Team,

How would I change the font on my buttons from the header font (mr dafoe) to the body font (quicksand)?

Thanks

Hello there,

Add this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .roll-button {
      font-family: 'Quicksand', sans-serif !important;
    }

Kharis

hello Kharis,

I tried that but it didn’t work.

Try flushing site cache (if applied), as it blocks new code addition from taking effect.

Kharis,

I’ve done that and it still doesn’t work.

For reference:
omnirah.com/contact-me
or
blog.omnirah.com

Thanks

For SiteOrigin contact form’s button, use this CSS code:

    .sow-contact-form input.sow-submit {
      font-family: 'Quicksand', sans-serif !important;
    }

I found the buttons on this page blog.omnirah.com loads the correct font already.

yes, because they’re custom site origin buttons and I manually chose the font. but there are some buttons where I do not have that option like the find events button on the upper right side of this page?
http://omnirah.com/events/ (the designer settings pull the font from the theme)

thanks

Try adding this CSS code:

    input[type="submit"] {
       font-family: 'Quicksand', sans-serif !important;
    }

For other button that may have special CSS selector along with its own font family, find its class name / selector and override the font. You can use the web browser’s inspector tool.
