CSS: Form fields display behind heading

Hi Kharis

https://hostabout.com.au/testimonial-feedback-form/

I’ve removed the border (thanks for the css change) but the form is displaying behind the heading - rather than inline with it. I’ve tried editing the child css to add padding, spacing, display attributes but nothing seems to shift it/align in. Can you make any suggestions for me?

Thank you

Hello there,

I visited your site and it is displaying fine to me. Have you been able to manage it? Or, am I missing something? Please advise.

Regards,
Kharis

Hi Kharis - I’ve posted a screenshot via this link of the alignment issue (Green is where I’d assume the form would align to. Red is where it’s aligned to, which I’d like the same as the green)

Love to hear your thoughts.

Hello there,

Thank you for explaining it more details. To fix it, you need to add the below CSS code into your site’s additional CSS:

.testimonial.form .row{
  margin-left: 0;
  margin-right: 0;
}

I have done this but still no movement, should 0 be changed to a larger number?

Is there any CSS code priors that new one? If so, please verify if there is no error. To check it, you can use this online CSS validator tool.

I’ve ended up changing the form completely - fixed by using a widget rather than code. Thank you for your time.

Excellent! I am glad to hear you figured it out.

Please let us know in a new topic if you have any further questions, or if we can provide you with any other assistance.
