Css for changing the height of header in only one page and removing background

#1

Hello,

I have an online map embedded in one page. http://sesol.org/harita
the height of the header makes it difficult to see the map at once. I want to shrink the header only to view the other page tabs but only on this page. I also want to remove the background image only on this page. is there a css that would help do that?

Thank you!

Hi,

The page to which you’ve posted the link to doesn’t exists, please post a link to an existing page, so I can check.

hello, sorry. i thought i’m not getting a reply ; i removed the page. to learn it though, for instance, this page http://sesol.org/sesten-isler/ what can i do to shrink the header in one page just to keep page tabs.

I’m also wondering will you be updating this theme in the future?

thank you.

Hi,

You can shrink the header ( just keep the navigation without spacing ) only on that page with this Custom CSS:

.page-id-137 .site-branding {
    padding: 0 !important;
}

.page-id-137 .main-navigation {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
}

Please add the above CSS to your Child Theme’s style.css or in case you haven’t setup a Child Theme already, then you can also add the CSS to wp-admin -> Appearance -> Customizer -> Additional CSS so you won’t loose the changes after Theme or WordPress updates.

Please let me know how it works.

Csaba
