CSS code does for transparant background does not work

I have added

background-color: transparent;

in the Widget Styles CSS Styles box.

But this code does not work. What have I done wrong?

Thanks again for you support.

Try to apply an !important argument, so it will look like this:

background-color: transparent;

If it doesn’t work, please share the link to your page and mention which area or section you wish to be transparent.

Kharis

Hope you can find the time to reply to this topic.

Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

I would like to apologize in advance for the delay.

To help me understand that better, please take a screenshot where you put that code, so I can be more exact. To upload the image, use http://cloudup.com service and share its public link here.

Hello there,

I just got your point, sorry :frowning:

You should use RGBA color instead of transparent.

Use this code:

background-color: rgba(93,14,105,0.3) !important;

To find the RGA color code of a hex color, you can use this tool.
