Create an animated area

Hello,
I just begined my website with Sydney and i was taking exemple on the demo website : http://demo.athemes.com/sydney/ I wanted to know how i could create the areas where we see Design 87%, Development 93% etc… and the one where we see Projects : 98, Coffee Cups : 421 etc…

You can use this widgets within the Page Builder SiteOrigin plugin.
