Create a fixed call to action in the pages

Dear Partner,

I’m writing you for getting information to reach my goal.

I would like to add a fixed call to action at the bottom of each page of my website that will remain fixed (the cta) even when scrolling down the pages (both in the desktop and mobile version) and when clicked on it the visitor will be redirected to a contact form (I have already installed and created it with Contact form 7).

Can you help me ?
