Contact info not moving

at this site:
mobilnijerabybrno.cz the contact info at top of site is not moving down when I scroll down on front page. Yet at other pages it works well.

I do use this feature at other site without problems.

What is wrong?

Hi,

You need to go to Customize > Header area and set your menu to sticky. Though the contact info shouldn’t move. If you have another site where it moves then you probably have some custom code.
