In the backend Im looking for the “contact footer” widget, section, column so I can remove Contact Form7 they do not want it right now.

You can remove that contact form from your website’s dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Sydney Pro: Extra options > Footer Contact > Contact form shortcode.
