CodeLights FlipBox inconsistency

I’m struggeling a bit with the CodeLights FlipBox widget. The boxes appear differently with different heights even though I’m using the same widget with identical setting. Every page reload makes the widgets look different. Sometimes the hight is right for all wigets sometimes widgets are screwed (http://mvz.tim-o.com/das-team):

Maybe it’s related to loading times - I have no clue. Is this a known issue and would you have any idea to overcome the issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers, Timo

Hello Timo,

Can you please try to temporarily activate a default theme (for example Twenty Seventeen), and see if the issue persists?

Please remember about importance of regular full site backups (files and database):

Hi Roman, thanks for your reply. I checked it as recommended in the “twenty seventeen” theme but the boxes are still corrupt and still have random sizes :frowning: - On the other side it works fine on a local installation (based on XAMPP on my computer)

Hello Timo,

Well, at least now you know where to dig

Hopefully plugin support will help you with it.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Actually … no Idea where to dig.

But it seems like CodeLighs does not exist any more. They certainly don’t support their products (any more). So I will have to delete this wiget and find some kind of replacement I guess …

Cheers, Timo

Hello Timo,

I meant that if the plugin misbehaves even with default theme and other plugins deactivated then it’s most likely a plugin problem. And yes, finding replacement seems reasonable to me as well in this case.

Kind Regards, Roman.
