Changing colour of body on one single page

Hello there.

I am trying to change the colour of the body of one single page. I want the entire page to be the colour #534F3F, so that the white area as shown on this page is #534F3F. The page ID I believe is 2609 if that helps with the code.

Thanks

Hello there,

Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .page-id-2 .site,
    .page-id-2 .site-content,
    .page-id-2 .site-main > .hentry,
    .page-id-2 #secondary.widget-area .widget {
      background-color: #534F3F;
      border: none;
    }

Thank you very much that has worked perfectly.

The only problem I have now, is that there is a white box on the bottom of the page as shown in the first picture. How do I get rid of this? I have the same box but in grey on every single one of my pages (second picture) and I would also like them to disappear too.

You could fix it with this CSS code:

.home .entry-meta,
.home .entry-footer,
.page .entry-meta,
.page .entry-footer {
    display: none;
}
