Hi Jan,

Thank you for contacting about our theme Sydney. I am happy to help with your queries.

To change specific page’s background color, you can use the below custom CSS code and add it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .page-id-210 {
      background-color: #ff0000;
    }

Replace 210 with your page ID number. You can get it from the web browser’s address bar when you’re on page editing panel.

I hope this helps.

Hi Kharis,

Thank you for your prompt response. It didnt work, but there is a possibility i made a mistake.
i followed your instructions, but the background color is still white. Can you check it please?

I use latest version of Sydney theme and latest version of Wordpress.

In case i wanna change more pages (with same color) Do i have add CSS code for all the pages, or there is some “all in one” code?

Thanks in advance

Jan

Hi Jan,

We need additional CSS for that part.

Try adding this CSS code:

    .page-id-210 .page-wrap .content-wrapper,
    .page-id-210 .page-wrap .content-wrapper #secondary {
      background: transparent;
    }

Hi
I have the same problem having chosen black as the general background.
The posts remain white and even if I change the background with elementor I still have a white stripe underneath. I put the change in the CSS as suggested.

     page-id-210 .page-wrap .content-wrapper,
    .page-id-210 .page-wrap .content-wrapper #secondary {
      background: transparent;
    }

but nothing has changed
