Cannot See Purchase Associated with Account to Request a Refund


As the title suggests I purchased the theme Sydney Pro, and its a lovely product, unfortunately my needs have shifted into another direction and the expense on the theme isn’t quite justifiable at this moment. On my account it shows no purchase history but I am able to provide a purchase receipt from my e-mail to verify my purchase.
