Cannot import airi-photography demo

Hi, guys,

On my wordpress blog, I have downloaded and installed all of airi dependencies (Airi demo importer, elementor, contact form 7, kirki customizer framework, Mailchimp for WP, one click demo import)

Also for testing purposes I’ve been able to successfully import a few of the other demos (e.g. Airi Agency and Airi Lawyer).

However, I’m unable to install Airi Photography, which is the demo that I’d love to use. I get the following errors: https://i.imgur.com/GCDoEP5.png

The mentioned files are SVG type of files, that were failed to upload due to your system can’t accept SVG file upload. To enable it, you can simply use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-svg/.

It seems likely you were trying to import several demos in a single site. Can you try importing the photography demo in a fresh WordPress install? Do you see the same issue appearing in it? Please let me know.

Unfortunately neither the plugin “Safe SVG”, nor the fresh install helped. Here is the new log file:

Just tried another fresh install. Seems like I’ve forgotten to activate “Safe SVG” plugin.

So issue is resolved!

I was able to import airi-photography on a FRESH install having the following prerequisites:

  1. Install and activate Safe SVG;
  2. Installed and activated Airi dependency plugins: Airi Demo Importer, Elementor, One Click Demo Import and Kirki;
  3. Installed and activated Contact Form 7, Mailchimp for Wordpress;
  4. Import Airi-photography;
  5. Done.
