Cannot access Portfolio and Testimonials content in Sydney Pro

I cannot access Portfolio and Testimonials content on Home Page at itbymark.com
I reviewed previous posts, YouTube and other tutorials, but did not find an answer.
In Dashboard both Portfolio and Testimonials show no entries at all.
It would be nice to change the demo content.

Hello Mark,

Check the list of your plugins and see if Types plugin enabled. If so, it should be inactive. Because Sydney Toolbox code won’t load if it’s active.

I was able to deactivate Types plugin and make some progress. It’s quite confusing because various tutorials tell me to enable these plugins. Is there a good video or tutorial that explains it correctly?

I was able to modify the projects on the Home screen and here https://itbymark.com/projects/

However, when I click on the links to take me to more details about the projects, I go to https://itbymark.com/projects/project-transaction-manager/, which shows Demo Data, not what I entered.

How do I fix that?

I found some of video tutorials on YouTube created several year ago when we still use Toolset Types. But, we’ve altered it it Sydney Toolbox. The best possible tutorial you can follow is this quick start guide.

This link seems to be fine. Nothing wrong with it. Have you been able to resolve it yourself? Or, maybe I need some more extra explanation to understand the trouble you’re having?

Hello Mark,

I found your site has a caching enabled. Try clearing/flushing it wherever done some changes, as it usually prevents the changes to take effect in the front end.

I tried that before, but it did not help. I turned off all caching now permanently and cleared the cache, still the same issue. Tried 2 other browsers, same result.
